Terms of Service

Purchasing any artwork from me automatically means that you agree to my terms of service. If you have any problems with the terms they may be discussed and negotiated prior to the payment. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Please do make sure to read everything before buying.

General Information

⟡ I have the right to decline your commission request.⟡ I am allowed to publish finished results and Work in progress on my social medias (unless privacy fee is paid)⟡ Please provide clear and detailed references of the character being drawn. Additional details such as poses, personality, style are always welcomed.⟡ Client must pay credits to me⟡ Work in progress (WIP) will be sent for every stage ( sketch, line art, color and render) until the commission is completed.⟡ For Rigging commissions, Wips will be sent on 4 stages : 1. eye blinking and mouth, 2. head angles (without physics), 3. body movements 4. when the rigging is almost done.⟡ You can request a specific deadline, but if it is too short an additional fee will be requested.⟡ All commissions will take anywhere between 3 day to 2 months depending on the type that you chose.⟡ Basic commercial rights are included (this includes streaming, Youtube, twitch, etc)⟡ You cannot use this for merch purposes unless you pay the additional %50 fee.

Payment

⟡Payment will need to be done before I start the commission
⟡Everything above $15 need to be paid 50% before I start and the rest 50% after the screenshot of the finished product.
⟡Payment will be done through Paypal or ko-fi
⟡NO refunds after you sent the money
